              The Official Rules of Mr. D's Land of Indifference
                           as of December 22, 1994

NOTE:  All rules are subject to change at any moment in time as the subboard
       operator sees fit.  Persons attempting to bribe the subboard operator
       into changing the rules at any other time will be considered a personal
       enemy of the subboard operator and will promptly have his/her access
       lowered because I KNOW BUNKIE!  I MEAN IT!

Rule 1:  No staying on topic is allowed whatsoever.  Persons attempting to
         stay on topic will be severly reprimanded and/or recieve a good
         talking to.

Rule 2:  All rules are reposted every 24 hours with or without changes from
         the previous day.  Anyone failing to read the rules will be severly
         slapped on the wrist.

Rule 3:  All users of Mr. D's Land of Indifference are required (as per Page
         4,521, paragraph 15, line 6, words 12 through 18 of The Official Mr.
         D's Land of Indifference Handbook) to memorize and recite daily The
         Official Rules of Mr. D's Land of Indifference.

Rule 4:  Anyone not having a copy of The Official Mr. D's Land of Indifference
         Handbook, either in its original or revised form, are forbidden to
         enter this subboard.

Rule 5:  Reading of The Official Rules of Mr. D's Land of Indifference by
         anyone other than the subboard operator is STRICTLY forbidden.  This
         is so that the subboard operator can make up a rule at any point in
         time and not recieve any flak for it.

Rule 6:  Having an opinion that conflicts with the opinion of the subboard
         operator, the subboard operator's family, the subboard operator's
         friends, and/or the subboard operator's pets is ABSOLUTELY forbidden.
         Users forming their own unique opinions are a danger to society.

Rule 7:  Any recording of the events and actions that occur in this subboard,
         either by manual or electronic means, without expressed written
         permission from the subboard operator, is ABSOLUTELY, POSITIVELY, and
         STRICTLY forbidden.

Rule 8:  Rules are only valid during days of the week that end with the letter
         Y.  Rules are invalid during days of the week that end with the
         letter Y.  Failure to accurately follow this rule will result in
         arrest and possible prosecution.

Rule 9:  Copies of The Official Mr. D's Land of Indifference Handbook will NOT
         be released to the public.  Some of the information contained in this
         document could be dangerous if it was to fall into the wrong hands.
         I, as your subboard operator, will try to harness the power of The
         Official Mr. D's Land of Indifference Handbook for good instead of
         evil.

Rule 10: Rules are made for *YOUR* safety.  Have fun!
